Dress Code


*If a student is not dressed according to the dress code, he or she will not be allowed in class until dressed appropriately.


*Hair must be worn up and away from face and jewelry kept at a minimum.


Attire


Ballet-

any color leotard and tights (No Bare Legs!) Skirts or fitted shorts are optional.

Jazz, Tap, Modern-

any color leotard and tights (No Bare Legs!). Fitted dance top fitted dance pants or shorts over tights and leotard is optional.

Hip Hop-

t-shirt (nothing too baggy)/ dance top, cargo pants, dance pants, sweat pants, or shorts and tights (NO Bare Legs!)

Male dancers-

Dance shirt with men's or boy's tights for ballet.  t-shirt (nothing too baggy) dance pants, sweat pants, or shorts (no jeans)


Shoes ( Do Not Wear Outside)

Ages 3-6

Ballet- girls:   pink leather ballet shoe  (tie elastic in knot and cut ends off)    boys:    black leather ballet shoe

Tap_   girls:   black tap shoe (no lace ups or jazz tap shoes.  replace ribbons with elastic.)      boys:     black lace up or jazz tap shoe.


Ages 7 and up

Ballet- girls:    pink leather ballet shoe  (tie elastic in a knot and cut ends off)  boys:    black leather ballet shoe

Tap-  black jazz tap shoe

Jazz- any black jazz shoe (this will be worn in the 7-8 yr jazz/hip hop class)

Hip Hop-any color tennis shoe for class (black tennis shoe for recital)

Pointe-Pointe shoe of your choice in European pink
